Sure Grip Gun and Bow Rack Product Review |
||
|
When
I was about 12 years old, Santy Claus brought me a brand new solid
fiberglass bow with 3 wooden arrows and a plastic quiver and that’s
where my bowhunting career began. From that day on I was hooked on
bowhunting and have never looked back. But
the one thing I have been looking for since that day is a good way to
carry my bow to and from the woods on my vehicle.
With the old fiberglass bow, a little kite string or some
electrical tape to secure the bow to the handlebars of my bicycle worked
pretty well, but I needed something a little more sophisticated for the
high dollar archery equipment of today. Through
the years, I think I have owned every kind of bow holder on the market and
even constructed a few of my own making, but had never found one that I
liked or that was satisfactory until I met a man named A.J. Williams at a
local hunting trade show.

A.J.
makes the finest gun/bow holder on the market in my opinion, the Sure Grip
Gun and Bow Racks. These
racks come in a variety of configurations for most any application, from
ATV’s to SUV’s and absolutely will hold your gun or bow in place under
the roughest conditions. A.J. demonstrates this at the hunting shows by
attaching the racks in various positions on a bright green Artic Cat ATV
mounted on some sort of contraption akin to a giant paint shaker. The ATV shakes like Elvis for hours on end with bows and guns mounted in the Sure Grip racks without ever slipping or falling out. He even mounts a rifle upside down in one of the racks and it stays in place throughout the shaking process. I have one of the bow racks mounted to my Suzuki Samurai and have taken it over some of the roughest terrain the mountains of west Texas can dish out and have never had a failure. |
With
the price of guns and archery equipment you certainly need a mounting
system that will secure and protect these valuable items. Take
a look at the Sure Grip Gun and Bow Racks website by clicking on the link
in our “Sponsors” section of the website or go directly to their site
at suregripracks.com you can
also contact A.J. by emailing to aj@suregripracks.com
or calling toll free 1-800-433-1757. If you have the occasion to visit any of the hunting trade shows around the country, be sure to find A.J. and take a look at these great products. He’s not hard to find – just look for the bright green Artic Cat doing the watusi!
